1. A REQUEST OF AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 21, REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (THE LAND USE ORDINANCE), RELATING TO AND MUSIC SCHOOLS

Resolution No. 13-245, Relating to Dance and Music School: Amends the Commerce and Business provisions of LUO Table 21-3 (“Master Use Table”) to establish dance or music schools as a permitted use in the I-1 Limited Industrial and I-2 Intensive Industrial Districts.

Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing. Fifteen (15) copies of written testimony should be filed with the Planning Commission at least forty-eight (48) hours before the date of the public hearing. One copy may be faxed to 768-6743.
