Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following item:

“Makaloa St-Poni St.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Mokuhano St., for its entire length.”

“Paiaha Pl., for its entire length.”

“Pauku St., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Laauhuahua Pl-Kaahumanu St. Traffic on Laauhuahua Pl. shall stop before entering Kaahumanu St.”

“Paiaha Pl-Wahane St. Traffic on Paiaha Pl. shall stop before entering Wahane St.”

d. By amending Schedule XVIII of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(5) establishing tow zones–PM Peak in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Makaloa St., mauka side, between Poni and Kaheka Sts., 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Makaloa St., makai side, distance approximately 210’ Koko Head direction from a point 200’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaheka St., 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays; to read:

“Makaloa St., makai side, from a point 200’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaheka St. to Kalakaua Ave., 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays, and except for portion covered under Sched. 20.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Makaloa St., mauka side, from a point 255’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave. to Kaheka St.”

e. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Mahalo St., Ewa side, from Judd St. to a point 55’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Judd St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Makaloa St., mauka side, distance 255’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave.; to read:

“Makaloa St., mauka side, between Kalakaua Ave. and Poni St.”

Makaloa St., makai side, distance 200’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaheka St., notwithstanding Sec. 15-14.8; to read:

“Makaloa St., makai side, between Kaheka St. and Kalauokalani Wy., except for portions covered under Schedules 18 and 23.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Makaloa St., makai side, distance 330’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Kalauokalani Wy.”

f. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times by amending thereto the following item:

Mahalo St., Ewa side, makai direction from a point 62’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Walea Pl. to Judd St., 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays; to read:

“Mahalo St., Ewa side, makai direction from a point 62’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Walea Pl. to a point 55’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Judd St., 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays.”

g. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Algaroba St., makai side, distance 40’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hauoli St.”

“Halahinano St., within its southern turnaround area.”

“Halahua St., within its southern turnaround area.”

“Honowai St., both sides, on the Honowai Street Bridge.”

“Kaahumanu St., Koko Head side, distance 50’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Hoolauae St. (mauka intersection).”

“Kamahao Pl., within its turnaround area.”

“Leokane St., both sides, on the Waipahu Stream bridge.”

“Leonui St., both sides, on the Waipahu Stream bridge.”

“North Rd., southern side, distance 60’ westerly direction from the western curb prolongation of Kilaha St.”

“Paakai St., both sides, on the Paakai Street Bridge.”

“Paiaha Pl., within its turnaround area.”

“Wahane St., within it southern turnaround area.”

“Waihona Pl., both sides, on the Waihona Place Bridge.”

“Waipahu St., both sides, on the Waipahu Street Bridge.”

“Waipuka Pl., both sides, on the Waipio Channel bridge.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Kahawalu Dr., Ewa side, distance 170’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Olaa Pl.; to read:

“Kahawalu Dr., Ewa side, distance 202’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Olaa Pl.”

Makakilo Dr., eastern side, distance 383’ southerly direction from a point 5’ north of the northern curb prolongation of Painiu Pl.; to read:

“Makakilo Dr., eastern side, distance 340’ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Painiu Pl.”

Winam Ave., makai side, distance 120’ Koko Head direction from the makai curb prolongation of Castle St.; to read:

“Winam Ave., makai side, between Castle and Brokaw Sts.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Makakilo Dr., eastern side, distance 170’ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Palahia St.”

h. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by amending thereto the following item:

Makaloa St., mauka side, (2 hrs.) from a point 255’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave. to Kaheka St., 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, except Sundays and State holidays; to read:

“Makaloa St., mauka side, (2 hrs.) between Poni and Kaheka Sts., 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mondays to Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, except Sundays and State holidays.”

i. By amending Schedule XXVIII of Sec. 15-17.2(d) establishing restricted pedestrians crossing roadways by adding thereto the following item:

“Kaaholo St., the unmarked crosswalk across Kaaholo St., on the northern side of the intersection of Kaaholo and Kime Sts. (adjacent to Kaleiopuu Elementary School).”

j. By amending Schedule XXX of Sec. 15-22.1(a) establishing parking meter zones in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Makaloa St., mauka side, between Kaheka and Poni Sts.”

“Makaloa St., makai side, between Kaheka St. and Kalakaua Ave.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Makaloa St., both sides, between Sheridan St. and Kalakaua Ave.; to read:

“Makaloa St., both sides, between Sheridan and Kaheka Sts.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
