Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Hoomalu St-Komo Mai Dr.”

“Ka Uka Blvd-Ukee St. (northern intersection).”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Moanalua Rd-Waimano Home Rd.; to read:

“Moanalua Rd/Kuala St-Waimano Home Rd.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kuala St-Waimano Home Rd.”

b. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Kaamooloa Rd., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Pono St., for its entire length.”

“Ponohale St., for its entire length.”

“Ponohana Lp., for its entire length.”

d. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following items:

“Kailua Rd. No “U” turn from Kailua Rd. at Hoolai St. in both directions.”

“Kailua Rd. No “U” turn from Kailua Rd. at Kainehe St./Hamakua Dr. in both directions.”

e. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kaamooloa Rd-Kaukonahua Rd. Traffic on Kaamooloa Rd. shall stop before entering Kaukonahua Rd.”

“Kaiolena Dr-Aalapapa Dr. Traffic on Kaiolena Dr. shall stop before entering Aalapapa Dr.”

“Kaiolena Dr-Mokulua Dr. Traffic on Kaiolena Dr. shall stop before entering Mokulua Dr.”

“Kiekonea Wy-Kaamooloa Rd. Traffic on Kiekonea Wy. shall stop before entering Kaamooloa Rd.”

“Lauo St-Malako St. Traffic on Lauo St. shall stop before entering Malako St.”

g. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones in the following particulars:

1. By amending thereto subsection (a) passenger loading zone the following item:

Sixth Ave., Koko Head side, distance 225’ mauka direction from point 30’ mauka of mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave.; to read:

“Sixth Ave., Koko Head side, distance 212’ mauka direction from a point 38’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Waialae Ave.”

2. By deleting therefrom subsection (b) freight loading zone the following items:

“Waimanu St., makai side, distance 40’ Koko Head direction from point 40’ Koko Head of Koko Head curb prolongation of Cummins St.”

“Waimanu St., makai side, distance 40’ Koko Head direction from point 70’ Koko Head of Koko Head curb prolongation of Pensacola St.”

h. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops in the following particulars:

1. By amending thereto the following items:

Kailua Rd., Waimanalo side, distance 130’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Hamakua Dr.; to read:

“Kailua Rd., Waimanalo side, distance 150’ makai direction from a point 50’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Hamakua Dr.”

Kailua Rd., Waimanalo side, distance 150’ makai direction from a point 75’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of the private road; to read:

“Kailua Rd., Waimanalo side, distance 150’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Kahalakea Wy (private).”

i. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following items:

“Kailua Rd., mauka bound traffic in the Kahuku lane must turn right at Hoolai St.”

“Moanalua Rd., Ewa bound traffic in the mauka most lane must turn right at Waimano Home Rd.”

“Moanalua Rd., Ewa bound traffic in the mauka most lane must turn right at Hoomalu St.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
