Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule 1 of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following item:

“Hamakua Dr-Keolu Dr.”

b. By amending Schedule III of Sec. 15-6.3 establishing right/left turn on red by adding thereto the following item:

“Keeaumoku St-Kapiolani Blvd.: No right turn from Keeaumoku St. into Kapiolani Blvd. in the mauka direction.”

c. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Hoomaha St., for its entire length.”

d. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Leokane St., for its entire length.”

“Leoleo St., for its entire length.”

“Leonui St., for its entire length.”

“Leoole St., for its entire length.”

e. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following items:

“Hamakua Dr. No “U” turn from Hamakua Dr. at Keolu Dr. in the Makapuu direction”

“Hamakua Dr. No “U” turn from Hamakua Dr. at Hamakua Pl. in both directions.”

“Hamakua Dr. No “U” turn from Hamakua Dr. at Akoakoa St. in both directions.”

f. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Aikoo Pl-Luehu St. Traffic on Aikoo Pl. shall stop before entering Luehu St.”

“California Ave-Hoomaha St. Traffic on Hoomaha St. shall stop before entering California Ave.”

“Hoolulu Rd-Hoomaha St. Traffic on Hoolulu Rd. shall stop before entering Hoomaha St.”

“Hoomaha St-Walea St. Traffic on Hoomaha St. shall stop before entering Walea St.”

“Inia Pl-Luehu St. Traffic on Inia Pl. shall stop before entering Luehu St.”

“Kanaeha Pl-Luehu St. Traffic on Kanaeha Pl. shall stop before entering Luehu St.”

“Luehu Pl-Luehu St. Traffic on Luehu Pl. shall stop before entering Luehu St.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Hahani St-Hamakua Dr. Traffic on Hahani St. shall stop before entering Hamakua Dr.”

“Hamakua Dr-Keolu Dr. Traffic on Hamakua Dr. shall stop before entering Keolu Dr.”

g. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours by adding thereto the following items:

“S. King St., makai side, distance 123’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Hausten St.”

“Valley View Dr., mauka side, distance 90’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Likelike Hwy.”

“Valley View Dr., makai side, distance 110’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Likelike Hwy.”

h. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Aikoo Pl., within its turnaround area.”

“Alani Dr., odd-numbered side, from Puhala Rise to Alani Dr./Woodlawan Dr. (mauka intersection).”

“Hamakua Dr., makai side, distance 205’ Makapuu direction from the Makapuu curb prolongation of Hekili St.”

“Hamakua Dr., mauka side, distance 140’ Makapuu direction from a point 52’ Kahuku of the Kahuku curb prolongation of Hekili St.”

“Inia Pl., within its turnaround area.”

“Kanaeha Pl., within its turnaround area.”

“Luehu St., within its turnaround area and extending to the Koko Head curb prolongation of Inia Pl.”

“Ohai St., eastern side, distance 287’ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Olive Ave.”

“Rooke Ave., Koko Head side, distance 144’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Hawaii St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Alelo St., both sides, for its entire length, Tuesday and Friday until refuse is collected; to read:

“Alelo St., eastern side, from Maiau St. to Pakela St.”

Hamakua Dr., makai side, distance approximately 154’ Kahuku direction from a point 26’ Makapuu of the Kahuku property line of 287 Hamakua Dr. to the Kahuku curb prolongation of Keolu Dr.; to read:

“Hamakua Dr., makai side, distance 155’ Kahuku direction from the Kahuku curb prolongation of Keolu Dr.”

Luehu St., makai side, beginning from the east property line of 990 Luehu St. and extending in the easterly direction to Waimano Home Rd.; to read:

“Luehu St., makai side, from a point 35’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Aikoo Pl. to Waimano Home Rd.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Alani Dr., on right side (odd-numbered) going from Puhala Rise to Woodlawn Dr.”

“Hamakua Dr., makai side, distance 122’ Waimanalo direction from Waimanalo curb prolongation Kailua Rd.”

i. By amending Schedule XXVIII of Sec. 15-17.2(d) restricted pedestrians crossing roadways by adding thereto the following item:

“Kailua Rd., the unmarked crosswalk across Kailua Rd. on the mauka side of the intersection of Kailua Rd. and Hamakua Dr/Kainehe St.”

j. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following items:

“N. Beretania St. Bridge at River St., shall have a weight limit of 16 tons.”

“Hamakua Dr., Makapuu bound traffic in the mauka most lane must turn right at Keolu Dr.”

“Hamakua Dr., Kahuku bound traffic in the mauka most lane must turn left at Kailua Rd.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
