1. HHL Property Development Agent V. Participates in a full range of professional land management work involving planning, development, marketing, disposition, and management of income-generating and other lands and properties of the department.

2. HHL Engineer V. Performs professional duties and responsibilities of a licensed engineer in design and construction activities on DHHL projects. Responsible to perform planning, organizing, and managing projects.

3. HHL Homestead Land Development Specialist. Coordinates the design and construction of on-site and off-site infrastructure for homestead residential lots, pastoral and agricultural lots. Oversees project management for construction of residential homes.

4. HHL Personnel Clerk III. 2 years office work experience; 1 year general office clerk; 1 year procedures & program requirements.
