YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the City and County of Honolulu, Plaintiff, has filed a Complaint for Interpleader and Declaratory Relief in Civil No.
13-1-3185-12 ECN, wherein Plaintiff prays for Defendants above-named to interplead and settle among themselves, their rights, interest and claims to the surplus money in custody, possession and control of the Plaintiff from the sale of that certain real property situate at Pauoa, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, or for a declaration or order from the court regarding distribution of said surplus money.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Edwin C. Nacino, Judge of the First Circuit Court, at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii on FEB 18, 2014 at 9:00 o’clock, a.m., or file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon LEE M.
