NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules section 16-133-30, notice is hereby given that the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (“DCCA”) will hold public hearings on the consolidated application for renewal for the Maui County and Lahaina cable television franchises (“Application”), submitted by Oceanic Time Warner Cable, LLC. dba Oceanic Time Warner Cable (“Oceanic”).

The public hearings will be held on the following dates, times and locations:

The purpose of the public hearings is to afford interested persons the opportunity to submit oral or written data, views, or arguments, on Oceanic’s application. All interested persons are encouraged to review the Application and other documents submitted at the locations listed below prior to the public hearings and to attend the public hearings.

A copy of the Application is available for review during normal business hours at the following sites:

All interested persons shall be afforded the opportunity to submit their oral or written comments at the time of the public hearings. Whether testimony is presented orally or not, interested persons are encouraged to put their comments in writing and submit them to CATV via the following:
