Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Niolopua Dr., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following item:

“Luahoomoe Pl-Hinalii St. Traffic on Luahoomoe Pl. shall stop before entering Hinalii St.”

c. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours by adding thereto the following item:

“S. King St., mauka side, distance 137’ Koko Head direction from a point 335’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Richards St.”

d. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times by amending thereto the following item:

S. King St., mauka side, between Richards St. and the driveway of the Iolani Palace, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday except holidays; to read:

“S. King St., mauka side, distance 335’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Richards St., 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday except State holidays.”

e. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

Luahoomoe Pl., both sides, for its entire length.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Holomalia Pl., Ewa side, for its entire length; to read;

“Holomalia Pl., Ewa side, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

Nanaikeola St., within its turnaround area; to read:

“Nanaikeola St., western side, distance 160’ northerly direction from a point 280’ north of the northern curb prolongation of Farrington Hwy. and including its turnaround area.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Old Palama St., Ewa side, between School St. and Iao Ln., 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. school days.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication
