Land Area: Applicant’s proposal: Approximately 28,266 square feet (portion of 027)

Existing Use: Central YMCA
Existing Zoning: A-2 Medium-Density Apartment District
Land Area: Approximately 1.77 acres
Request: A change in zoning from A-2 Medium-Density Apartment District with a height limit of 150 feet to the AMX-3 High- Density Apartment Mixed-Use District with a height limit of 350 feet.

Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing. Fifteen (15) copies of written testimony should be filed with the Planning Commission at least two business days before the date of the public hearing.
