Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule III of Sec. 15-6.3 establishing right/left turns on red by adding thereto the following items:

“Kalakaua-Lewers: No left turn from Kalakaua Ave. into Lewers St. in the mauka direction.”

“Kalakaua-Lewers: No right turn from Kalakaua Ave. into Lewers St. in the makai direction.”

“Kalakaua-Royal Hawaiian: No right turn from Kalakaua Ave. into Royal Hawaiian Ave. in the makai direction.”

“Manoa-Nehoa: No right turn from Manoa Rd. into Nehoa St. in the Ewa direction.”

“Royal Hawaiian-Kalakaua: No left turn from Royal Hawaiian Ave. into Kalakaua Ave. in the Koko Head direction.”

“Royal Hawaiian-Kalakaua: No right turn from Royal Hawaiian Ave. into Kalakaua Ave. in the Koko Head direction.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Kuakini St., between Pali Hwy. and Lusitana St.”

“Makapuu Ave., for its entire length.”

“Tutu St., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Tutu St-Kamehameha Hwy. Traffic on Tutu St. shall stop before entering Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Tutu St-Tutu Pl. Traffic on Tutu St. shall stop before entering Tutu Pl.”

d. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Mokauea St., Koko Head side, distance 75’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Dillingham Blvd.”

“Tutu Pl., northern leg, western side, for its entire length and including its northern terminus.”

“Tutu Pl., northern leg, eastern side, distance 20’ northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Tutu St.”

“Tutu Pl., southern leg, both sides, and including its southern terminus.”

“Tutu St., southern side, distance 155’ easterly direction from the eastern curb prolongation of Kamehameha Hwy.”

e. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Makapuu Ave., Koko Head side, distance 150’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Maunalei Ave.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Makapuu Ave., Ewa side, distance 150’ mauka direction from a point 6’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Maunalei Ave.; to read:

“Makapuu Ave., Ewa side, distance 150’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Maunalei Ave.”

Peter St., Ewa side, distance 150’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Quincy Pl.; to read:

“Peter St., Ewa side, distance 258’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Quincy Pl.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Mokauea St., Ewa side, distance 130’ mauka direction from point 61’ mauka of mauka curb prolongation Dillingham Blvd.”

f. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following item:

“Tutu Pl., for its entire length, the speed limit shall be 20 mph.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
