Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by amending thereto the following item:

Waiomao Rd.., commencing from the south boundary of 2600 Waiomao Rd to its terminus; to read:

“Waiomao Rd., from a point 210’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Puunoa Pl. to its terminus.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Huamoa St., for its entire length.”

“Kamaaha Ave., for its entire length (City-owned portion).”

“Nenewai St., for its entire length.”

“Oheohe St., for its entire length.”

“Uala St., for its entire length.”

“Uluhala St., for its entire length.”

“Waiomao Rd., from 10th Ave. to a point 210’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Puunoa Pl.”

c. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by amending thereto the following item:

Kapiolani Blvd. (Blaisdell Center Koko Head driveway). No left turn from Blaisdell Center Kapiolani Blvd. Koko Head driveway into Kapiolani Blvd. in Koko Head direction; to read:

“Kapiolani Blvd. (Blaisdell Center Ewa driveway). No left turn from Blaisdell Center Kapiolani Blvd. Ewa driveway into Kapiolani Blvd. in the Koko Head direction.”

d. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Huamoa St-Pakeke St. Traffic on Huamoa St. shall stop before entering Pakeke St.”

“Huamoa St-Uala St. Traffic on Huamoa St. shall stop before entering Uala St.”

“Nenewai St-Huamoa St. Traffic on Nenewai St. shall stop before entering Huamoa St.”

“Oheohe St-Nenewai St. Traffic on Oheohe St. shall stop before entering Nenewai St.”

“Uala St-Kaukama Rd. Traffic on Uala St. shall stop before entering Kaukama Rd.”

“Uala St-Oheohe St. Traffic on Uala St. shall stop before entering Oheohe St.”

e. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Huamoa St., within its turnaround area.”

“Huamoa St., southern side, from a point 545’ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Uala St. to Nenewai St.”

“Huamoa St., southern side, from the western curb prolongation of Nenewai St. to Pakeke St.”

“Kamaaha Ave., both sides, between Manawai St. and Fort Barrette Rd.”

“Kuahaka St., Ewa side, distance 280’ makai direction from a point 180’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Leomele St.”

“Laupapa St., southern side, distance 60’ easterly direction from a point 100’ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Haiamu St.”

“Laupapa St., northern side, distance 70’ easterly direction from a point 90’ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Haiamu St. and including its terminus.”

“Lumikula St., Koko Head side, distance 78’ mauka direction from a point 283’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Waipio Uka St.”

“Lumikula St., Koko Head side, distance 68’ mauka direction from a point 245’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Penakii Pl.”

“Lumikula St., Koko Head side, distance 130’ mauka direction from a point 90’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Penakii Pl.”

“Lumikula St., Koko Head side, distance 75’ mauka direction from a point 33’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Penakii Pl.”

“Nenewai St., western side, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

“Oheohe St., northern side, from a point 480’ west of the western curb prolongation of Nenewai St. to Uala St.”

“Oheohe St., northern side, distance 215’ westerly direction from the western curb prolongation of Uala St.”

“Oheohe St., within its turnaround area.”

“Uala St., both sides, for its entire length.”

“Waipio Uka St., Koko Head side, distance 76’ mauka direction from a point 48’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Akeu St.”

“Waipio Uka St., Koko Head side, distance 68’ mauka direction from a point 10’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Manino St.”

“Waipio Uka St., Koko Head side, distance 75’ mauka direction from a point 27’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Polinahe St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Fourth Ave., Koko Head side, between Harding Ave. and the makai end of Fourth Ave.; to read:

“Fourth Ave., Koko Head side, between Harding Ave. to and including its turnaround area.”

Leihoku St., both sides, from the southerly curb prolongation of Hokupaa St. to its southern terminus; to read:

“Leihoku St., both sides, distance 310’ southerly direction from a point approximately 100’ south of the southerly curb prolongation of Hokupaa St.,
6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily.”

f. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones by amending thereto subsection (b) freight loading zones the following item:

Ahonui St., Koko Head (southern) side, distance approximately 70’ makai (westerly) direction from a point approximatey 125’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of N. School St, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday including holidays; to read:

“Ahonui St., Koko Head side, distance 76’ makai direction from a point 120’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of N. School St., 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including State holidays.”

g. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by amending thereto the following item:

Kuahaka St., Ewa side, distance 160’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Leomele St.; to read:

“Kuahaka St., Ewa side, distance 120’ makai direction from a point 75’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Leomele St.”

h. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-18.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following item:

“Kamaaha Ave., both sides, for its entire length (City-owned portion).”

i. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following item:

“Kamaaha Ave., east bound traffic in the southern lane must turn right at Fort Barrett Rd.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
