CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST II, #72804. This position is based in the Office of the Superintendent in Honolulu. REQUIRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in political science or business administration with coursework in management, organizational studies, and research and statistics. Four years of responsible professional work experience in operations research, organization and systems studies, and/ or management analysis of which one year shall have been in an education program, agency or system. Combined training/experience, and substitutions may also qualify. EOSR-7 salary range.
PERSONNEL SPECIALIST II – NEGOTIATIONS, #60076. This position is based in the Office of Human Resources in Honolulu. REQUIRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with specialization in human resource management, or with specialization in management which included coursework in personnel administration and industrial relations. Four years of responsible professional work experience in one or more specialized areas of human resource management, of which one year shall have been in an education program, agency, or system. Combined training/experience, and substitutions may also qualify. EOSR-7 salary range.
SALARY RANGE: EOSR-7 $77,069 TO $109,099. DOE certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations. As applicable, all others will be placed on the first step of $77,067 at the EOSR-7 level. Please be advised that there is a salary adjustment in effect. This salary adjustment is based on a contract agreement between (HGEA) and the State of Hawaii BOE and is not reflected on the current salary ranges above.
