Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Hoapono Pl., for its entire length.”

“Kahiko St., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by amending thereto the following item:

Kapolei Parkway, for its entire length; to read:

“Kapolei Parkway, for its entire length except for portions specified in Schedule VI (City-owned portions).”

c. By amending Schedule VI of Sec. 15-7.2(c) establishing speed limit–30 mph in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kapolei Parkway, from Kualakai Parkway to a point 280’ west of the western curb prolongation of Renton Rd.”

“Kapolei Parkway, from a point 260’ east of the eastern curb prolongation of Renton Rd. to Keoneula Blvd. (City-owned portions).”
2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kapolei Parkway, from Geiger Rd. to its terminus at the Oahu Railway Land’s right-of-way.”

d. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Moanalua Rd. No left turn from Moanalua Rd. into Pali Momi Medical Center’s driveway.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Moanalua Rd. No left turn from Moanalua Rd. into the Pali Momi Hospital emergency unit driveway; to read:

“Moanalua Rd. No left turn from Moanalua Rd. in to Pali Momi Medical Center’s emergency room driveway, except emergency vehicles.”

Moanalua Rd. No left turn into Moanalua Rd. from the Pali Momi Hospital emergency unit driveway; to read:

“Moanalua Rd. No left turn into Moanalua Rd. from the Pali Momi Medical Center’s driveway.”

e. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Bishop St., Ewa side, distance 176’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Hotel St., except City transit buses.”

f. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times by adding thereto the following item:

“Bishop St., Ewa side, distance 38’ makai direction from a point 121’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of S. Hotel St., 6:30 to 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday except State holidays.”

g. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas by adding thereto the following item:

“Moanalua Lp., Ewa side, distance approximately 185’ makai direction from a point approximately 315’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Lii Ipo St.”

h. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones in the following particulars:

1. By amending thereto subsection (a) passenger loading zones the following item:

Bishop St., Ewa side, distance 38’ makai direction from a point 121’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of S. Hotel St.; to read:

“Bishop St., Ewa side, distance 38’ makai direction from a point 121’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of S. Hotel St., 24 hours, except 6:30 to 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday including State holidays.”

2. By deleting therefrom subsection (b) freight loading zones the following items:

“Bishop St., Koko Head side, distance 41’ mauka direction from point 128’ mauka of mauka curb prolongation Halekauwila St.”

“Bishop St., Ewa side, distance 45’ mauka direction from a point 135’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Nimitz Hwy., 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday except Sundays and State holidays.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
