Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #12-20A from Palolo Chinese Home for the addition of 52 Skilled Nursing Facility/Intermediate Care Facility beds at 2459 10th Avenue, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $6,343,250 and #12-25A from Covenant Surgical Partners, Inc. for the acquisition of a membership interest in Pacific Endoscopy Center, LLC, 1029 Makolu Street, Suite H, Pearl City, HI, at a capital cost of $20,155,655. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice.
