TO: JULIEANNE B. DIMITRION

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors Program will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 436B and 454 to determine whether or not JOHN M. DIMITRION AND TOTAL ADVANTEDGE, LLC DBA MORTGAGE ALLIANCE’s mortgage solicitor and/or mortgage broker licenses should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed against him and/or his license. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Mortgage Solicitor License, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about January 31, 2012 alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 454, and, of Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 16-89.

The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Mortgage Solicitor License, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about January 31, 2012 alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 454, and, of Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 16-89.

The HEARING will be conducted on November 13, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
