The HHFDC facilitates workforce and affordable housing in the State of Hawaii and is seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Management Coordinator.
Property Management Coordinator (Exempt/Non-Civil Service)
This person will be responsible for managing the Private Property Management Unit which includes monitoring various property management service agreements supporting leases/rentals. Specific responsibilities will include planning, reviewing, addressing, and resolving issues under the management service agreements, and ensuring maximum occupancy of units/leases.
All candidates must possess a Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university with emphasis in real estate development, business administration or other related disciplines with three and one half (3 ½) years of real property management work experience; or five (5) years of documented experience in real property management with a Certified Property Management or other relevant industry credential. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
