Minimum requirements: Graduate degree in political science, public administration, business administration or related field, and/or Juris Doctor degree. Must have at least ten (10) years of senior/executive level experience, of which the last five (5) years must have been at the executive or senior level in the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of government. Administrative experience must be at the executive level. The successful candidate must demonstrate work results that achieved broad, sustainable systemic changes.
