Req. bachelor’s degree; 3-1/2 yrs. professional exp. in social work, public health, or related field which provided knowledge of public health laws, rules, regulations, programs & services, community health organizations & services, and public health & socio-economic problems & concerns; 2 yrs. exp. supervising a professional staff; and managerial aptitude. Appropriate substitutions allowed.
