The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing on O`ahu to receive testimony on the following:

Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) OA-3561 for the U.S. Army’s Makua and O`ahu Implementation Plan, on multiple parcels in the Ko`olau and Wai`anae Mountains, TMKs (1) 5-1-007:001, 5-5-007:002, 6-9-001:003, 6-9-001:004, 6-9-001:030, 6-9-002:013, 8-1-001:012, 8- 4-002:001, 8-4-002:014, 9-2-005:024, 9-6-006:001, and 9-9-011:002

A copy of the application, the Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for the Makua Implementation Plan, and the PEA for the O`ahu Implementation Plan, are available for inspection at:
