Positions are available for qualified professionals focused on the implementation of priority capital projects in the Harbors Modernization Plan (HMP) to improve the State’s commercial harbors system. Positions will organize and coordinate the development, phasing, budgeting and scheduling of projects and activities including planning, feasibility assessments, engineering design and construction. Seeking self-starters, motivated individuals with experience in land/project development or project management; ability to supervise and/or manage consultants and staff for results; effective communication skills; strong networking and people skills. Engineering experience desired. Employment is non-civil service and considered “at will.” Competitive benefits package. Salary range to $107,000 annually commensurate with experience for HMP Development Officer; salary range to $82,128 annually commensurate with experience for HMP Project Manager.
