YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendants and Third-Party Plaintiffs The Honolulu Police Department and Duane Webster have filed Third-Party Complaints against Third-Party Defendants Victor Borling and Joshua Pires in that action filed as Civil No. 09-1-1714-07 KKS, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable KARL K. SAKAMOTO, Judge of the above-entitled court, in his courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, on Tuesday, the 13th day of July, 2010, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon the Department of the Corporation Counsel, D. Scott Dodd, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Defendants’ and Third-Party Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 530 S. King Street, Room 110, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Third-Party Complaints.
