YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing, regarding Residential Lease No. 6852, Lot No. 40, situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, and further identified as TMK: (3)2-2-062:046.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission Hearings Officer at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, East Hawaii District Office, 160 Baker Avenue, conference room, Hilo, Hawaii on August 19, 2009 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Micah A. Kane, Chairman, Hawaiian Homes Commission, whose address is 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii 96707. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and your lease will be recommended for cancellation and reaward.
