NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Chapter 23, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, as amended, for the following application at the date and the time specified or soon thereafter:

REQUEST: Shoreline Setback Variance
PROPOSAL: To allow (retain) a concrete rubble masonry (CRM) seawall with a concrete splash apron and CRM berm within the shoreline setback area.

All interested persons are invited to attend. Those persons desiring to testify may register prior to the public hearing at the public hearing site and are encouraged to submit one copy of their testimony in writing.

Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony which is received by the Department of Planning and Permitting at the above address prior to the public hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
