as VISUAL INTEGRATED PROTECTION SYSTEMS, INC.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the State of Hawaii, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Plaintiff, has commenced an action in Civil No. 09-1-0543-03 (KKS) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, for damages suffered against you in the above-entitled Court wherein it requests judgment by way of injunction and civil fines against you, together with such other relief as the Court deems just.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Karl K. Sakamoto, Judge of the above-entitled Court, at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street on Tuesday, the 28th day of July 2009, at 9:00, o’clock a.m., of said day, or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Daria A. Loy-Goto, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 235 S. Beretania, 9th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
