REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

This Request for Proposal is issued by the Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii to solicit proposals from Offerors who have technical expertise in the area of unexploded ordnance detection. Specifically, the RCUH seeks proposals which are focused on the following technical areas as applied to unexploded ordnance detection; mathematical modeling, electromagnetic signal analysis, signal processing, statistical machine learning and pattern recognition.
