IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2009-2 TO AMEND SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 15-7.2(b)(3) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–25 MPH; SCHEDULE XI OF SECTION 15-8.3(b) ESTABLISHING NO TURNS; SCHEDULE XIV OF SECTION 15-11.3 ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS; SCHEDULE XX OF SECTION 15-13.9(a)(7) ESTABLISHING TOW ZONES–24 HOURS; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS; SCHEDULE XXIV OF SECTION 15-15.1(d) ESTABLISHING CURB LOADING ZONES; SCHEDULE XXV OF SECTION 15-15.3(d) ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL BUS STOPS.

Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Ikenakai St., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“Kuhio Ave. No left turn from Kuhio Ave. into Nohonani St.”

c. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Namoku St. Traffic on Namoku St. shall stop before entering Ikenakai St.”

“Namoku St. Traffic on Namoku St. shall stop before entering Kaneohe Bay Dr.”

d. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours by amending thereto the following item:

N. Kuakini St., mauka side, from a point 30’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Huna St. to a point 50’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Sereno St.; to read:

“N. Kuakini St., mauka side, from a point 30’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Huna St. to a point 100’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Sereno St.”

e. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Hunnewell St., Koko Head side, distance 95’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Metcalf St.”

“Hunnewell St., Koko Head side, distance 65’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Sea View Ave.”

“Hunnewell St., Koko Head side, distance 100’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Sea View Ave.”

“Hunnewell St., Koko Head side, from a point 185’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Sea View Ave. to Hunnewell Pl.”

“Naio St., Ewa (even-numbered) side, from the makai property line of 1956 Naio St. to the makai property line of 1940 Naio St.”

“Naio St., Ewa (even-numbered) side, from the makai property line of 1934 Naio St. to Hala Dr.”

“Namoku St., both sides, between Kaneohe Bay Dr. and Ikenakai St.”

“Panepoo Pl., both sides, including its turnaround area.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Campbell Ave., makai side, distance 50’ Ewa direction starting from the Ewa curb prolongation of Herbert St.”

“Hunnewell St., both sides, on narrow portions at various intervals.”

“Hunnewell St., Ewa side, between Haena Dr. and junction of Hunnewell St. and Kamehameha Ave.”

“Hunnewell St., Koko Head side, distance 188’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Vancouver Dr.”

“Hunnewell St., Koko Head side, between Vancouver Dr. and Hunnewell Pl.”

“Naio St., Ewa (even-numbered) side, between Hala Dr. and Houghtailing St.”

f. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1 (d) subsection (a) passenger loading zones by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Campbell Ave., makai side, distance 46’ Ewa direction from a point 50’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Herbert St., 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. school days.”

g. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Campbell Ave., makai side, distance 100’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Herbert St.”

“Kapahulu Ave., Koko Head side, distance 124’ mauka direction from a point 212’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:
