NOTICE TO MINORITY- AND/OR WOMEN-OWNED
BUSINESS ENTERPRISES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu, is accepting registration of minority and/or women owned business enterprises, who are interested in becoming contractors, subcontractors, or vendors/suppliers of goods and services for construction related activities, funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Programs.
City agencies will be able to notify interested minority- and/or women-owned business enterprises of future business opportunities that may occur under these programs.
The registration period will end on March 3, 2009.
Interested businesses may request a registration form by calling 768-3933 (V/TDD), by accessing the City’s website at www.honolulu.gov/budget/mbe.pdf or emailing bfscdbgmail@honolulu.gov.
