The opening of sealed bids from responsible, qualified bidders for the contract relating to the operation of non-exclusive Rent-A-Car Concession at Hilo International Airport, Hilo, Hawaii, scheduled for 2 p.m. on February 24, 2009 at the offices of the Airports Division, Department of Transportation, State of Hawaii, located on the seventh floor of the Inter-Island Terminal Building at Honolulu International Airport, 400 Rodgers Boulevard, Suite 700, Honolulu, Hawaii, is hereby postponed until 2 p.m., March 10,2009.
