YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Real Estate Commission will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) Chapters 91 and 467 to determine whether or not your real estate broker licenses should be revoked or suspended, or whether other disciplinary action should be taken against you. The Petition alleges violations of Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapters 436B and 467.
The hearing will be conducted on February 10, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. in the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ Hearings Room on the 1st Floor of the King Kalakaua Building, 335 Merchant Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.
