Notice is hereby given that the
State of Hawaii, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC)
Will conduct a Public Informational Meeting to Receive Comments to its
Revised Draft Land Use Plans – Concepts A and B for the Villages of Leiali’i as follows:

The Villages of Leiali’i is a master planned residential community located in Lahaina, Maui on approximately 1,128 acres of land owned by HHFDC and the State of Hawaii, TMK: (2) 4-5-021: 3, por. 4, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, por. 22; (2) 4-5-036: 1 to 111; and (2) 4-5-028: 70. The master planned community will provide affordable and market housing opportunities for rental and sale, as well as two elementary schools, parks, open space, commercial, mixed-use and light industrial uses. The revised draft land use plans – Concepts A and B may be viewed on HHFDC’s website at http://hawaii.gov/dbedt/hhfdc.

HHFDC will be conducting a public information meeting to apprise the community about the status of the Villages of Leiali’i project and to receive comments on the revised draft land use plans – Concepts A and B. An Open House session and project briefing will be held before the public informational meeting. Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person to allow all participants to express their views. Representatives from the HHFDC and Belt Collins Hawaii Ltd. will be available to answer questions about the project. For more information regarding the meeting, please call Stan S.
