1. Bill 55 (Council Initiated) – Relating to plant nurseries. (Amending the Land Use Ordinance to provide expressly that plant nurseries are a permitted use in AG-1 Restricted Agricultural and AG-2 General Agricultural zoning districts.)

2. Bill 56 (Administration Initiated) – Relating to plant nurseries. (Amending the Land Use Ordinance definition of “crop production” to clearly state that the growing of nursery crops is included under this use category, which would clarify that the growing of plants outdoors in containers or within a greenhouse is permitted in the AG-1 Restricted Agricultural and AG-2 General Agricultural zoning districts.)

3. Bill 50, CD1 – Relating to electrical energy consumption by City agencies and operations. (Improving the City’s energy management practices by establishing an annual reporting requirement detailing and evaluating the City’s annual overall energy usage and conservation efforts.)

4. Bill 57, CD1 – Relating to intergovernmental agreements. (Including certain arrangements with non-governmental entities as intergovernmental agreements that may be subject to Council approval.)

By submitting written testimony, you are not automatically registered to speak. You are requested to register to speak if you wish to provide oral testimony.

On-line and fax registration forms must be received by 2 p.m. to be included in the list of registered speakers. Persons who have not registered to testify by 2 p.m. will be given an opportunity to present oral testimony on an item following the registered speakers by raising their hand at the time additional speakers are called upon.
