NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED LAND USEWITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Board of Land and Natural Resources, State of Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold a meeting for the purpose of a public hearing to receive testimony on the following:

Conservation District Use Application HA-3483
Saddle Road Improvements (MP11-MP19), and Subdivision of State Land
South Hilo, Hawaii, TMKs: (3) 2-6-018:004 & 010

A copy of the application, the maps of the general location of the area under consideration are available for inspection at the Hawaii District Land Office, 75 Aupuni St., Room 204, Hilo; at the Kalanimoku Building, Room 131, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu; and at the Hilo or Kailua-Kona Public Library.

Any person may testify or present information on the application. If you have a legal interest that may be adversely affected by the application, you may have the right to request an administrative contested case hearing. However, you must make the request either orally or in writing by the close of this public hearing and file a written petition for a contested case hearing within 10 days after the date of this public hearing. If you do not make such a request, or fail to file a timely written petition with the Department of Land and Natural Resources, you may be precluded from obtaining a contested case hearing and judicial review. See Chapter 13-1, Hawaii Administrative Rules and Chapter 91 Hawaii Revised Statutes.
