The Department of Education is planning to destroy the special education records that are no longer required for those students who graduated with a diploma in 2005 or turned 20 years old prior to the start of the 2005-2006 school year. For those who would like to keep their records, arrangements for pick-up must be made by calling their respective district office no later than Friday, August 29, 2008.
