State of Hawaii This exempt, full-time position will have primary responsibilities for the community level activities of the Strategic Prevention Framework-State Incentive Grant (SPF-SIG) project which include activities associated with Assessment, Capacity Building, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation. Responsibilities include convening of County Advisory Councils, providing training and technical assistance for stakeholders and coordination of data collection activities at the state, community and program levels. Preferred bachelors degree in a behavioral/social science; knowledge of public health principles/practices, data collection/analysis, and understanding of the impact of substance abuse; including tobacco and alcohol, on communities; experience working with community groups and coalitions.
