NOTICE TO DEVELOPERS

The HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) is requesting for proposals from interested persons for the development of vacant parcels located:
PUOLO ROAD
HANAPEPE, KAUAI, HAWAII
Parcel 1: TMK: (4) 1-9-009: 06, 07, 08 & 09
Parcel 2: TMK: (4) 1-9-010: 03
The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to develop affordable housing, either single-family or duplex units within the shortest feasible duration.
Copies of the RFP may be examined at HHFDC and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 which must be paid by cashier’s or certified check only. HHFDC office is located at:

An informational meeting on this RFP will be held in the HHFDC Boardroom on June 30, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.
