1. Bill 102 (2007), CD1 (Administration Initiated) – Relating to the transmission of Planning Commission recommendations to Council. (To further implement the Charter provision for the processing of proposals to establish or amend special districts, or zone changes, by establishing a reasonable deadline for the Mayor to transmit the recommendations of the Planning Commission to the Council, and establishing provisions for the failure to meet the stated deadlines.)
2. Bill 25 – Kapolei zone change. From AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District to BMX-3 Community Business Mixed Use District with 90-foot/100-foot height limit for tower, A-2 Medium Density Apartment District with 65-foot height limit, R-3.5 Residential District with 25-foot – 30-foot height limit, and R-5 Residential District with 25-foot – 30-foot height limit. (Applicant: University of Hawaii)
3. Resolution 07-90 – Initiating amendments to the Revised Charter of the City and County of
Honolulu 1973, as amended, relating to the creation of a Public Transit Authority.
4. Bill 39 – Relating to Hawaiian language signs of the City. (Helping preserve the native Hawaiian language by requiring that all City signs with Hawaiian names and language include proper Hawaiian spelling.)

Testimony is limited to three minutes and shall be presented by the registered speaker only. By submitting written testimony, you are not automatically registered to speak. You are requested to register to speak if you wish to provide oral testimony.
On-line and fax registration forms must be received by 2 p.m. to be included in the list of registered speakers. Persons who have not registered to testify by 2 p.m. will be given an opportunity to present oral testimony on an item following the registered speakers by raising their hand at the time additional speakers are called upon.
