The HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) is requesting for proposals from interested persons for the development of one parcel located:

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to develop an affordable, multi-family mid-rise project in this apartment-zoned neighborhood while utilizing the least amount of State of Hawaii resources.

Copies of the RFP may be examined at HHFDC and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 which must be paid by cashier’s or certified check only. HHFDC office is located at:
