NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a City Council Meeting will be held by the City and County of Honolulu (City) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. The meeting will provide interested persons with the opportunity to submit statements and supporting testimony on the City\u00D5s Revised Draft Proposed Fourteenth (14th) Year Action Plan. Copies of the Revised Draft Proposed Fourteenth (14th) Year Action Plan are available for public review at the Municipal Reference Library, City Hall Annex, 558 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, or on the City\u00D5s website at: http://www.honolulu.gov/budget/cdbg.htm.
