Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter §102, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), will be accepting sealed bids for Furnishing Laundry Concession Services for Various State Funded Private Property Management Projects on the Island of Oahu, listed below:

The Invitation-For-Bids, Specifications, Bid Forms, and Notice of Intent to Bid and Qualifications Questionnaire may be picked up at 677 Queen Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 beginning November 9, 2007 at no charge.
The Notice of Intent to Bid and Qualifications Questionnaire must be submitted by November 30, 2007. Facsimile transmissions shall be accepted. Sealed bids will be received at 677 Queen Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 until 2:00 p.m Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on Tuesday, December 11, 2007. Opening of bids will commence at 2:00 p.m. HST on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 677 Queen Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
The HHFDCs Private Property Management Section will conduct a Pre-Bid Conference on November 27, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at its offices at 677 Queen Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Site inspections may be arranged through the various officers-in-charge
