NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City and County of Honolulu intends to lease City-owned properties as follows:
1. One two-story multifamily apartment building with 25 one-bedroom and 9 two-
bedroom units. Site also includes 27 parking stalls, an elevator, laundry rooms,
a multi-purpose room and administrative offices to Housing Solutions,
Incorporated, a nonprofit corporation, to provide transitional shelter for
homeless families. The building is located at 2019 Vancouver Drive, Manoa
(TMK: 2-8-016:027 and 029).
2. Two residential buildings: one two-story building with 7 bedrooms and 4 baths
and one detached building with one bedroom and one bath. Site also includes
5 parking stalls to Child and Family Services, a nonprofit corporation, to
provide emergency shelter to abused spouses with children. The buildings
are at a confidential location.
In compliance with Section 28-3.5, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, a public hearing for the lease of City property for nominal rent will be held as follows:

All interested persons are invited to attend such hearing and to state their views relative to the proposed leases either orally or in writing. Written comments may be addressed to Deborah Kim Morikawa, Director of Community Services, 715 South King Street, Room 311, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Questions regarding the hearing and proposed leases may be directed to Deborah Kim Morikawa at the above address or telephone 768-7760 on regular business days between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
