Traffic Schedule No. 2007-9
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2007-9 TO AMEND SCHEDULE XIX OF SECTION 15-13.9(a)(6) ESTABLISHING TOW ZONES–AM/PM PEAKS; SCHEDULE XX OF SECTION 15-13.9(a)(7) ESTABLISHING TOW ZONES–24 HOURS; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS; SCHEDULE XXIV OF SECTION 15-15.1(d) ESTABLISHING CURB LOADING ZONES; SCHEDULE XXV OF SECTION 15-15.3(d) ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL BUS STOPS; SCHEDULE XXVI OF SECTION 15-16.1 ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING.
Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
a. By amending Schedule XIX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(6) establishing tow zones–AM/PM Peaks by amending thereto the following item:
King St., makai side, between Kalihi and Kaili Sts.; to read:
N. King St., makai side, distance 40 Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaili St.
b. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hrs. by amending thereto the following item:
King St., makai side, distance 300 Koko Head direction from Koko Head curb prolongation Kalihi St.; to read:
N. King St. makai side, from a point 40 Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaili St. to a point 152 Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kalihi St.
c. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto the following items:
Halalani Pl., within its turnaround area.
Iliaina St., mauka (southern) side, between Ilikaa Pl. and its dead end.
Iliaina St., makai (northern) side, distance 65 Kahuku (easterly) direction from a point 30 Kahuku of the Kahuku curb prolongation of Ilikaa Pl.
2. By amending thereto the following items:
Luluku Rd., Kahuku side, distance 55 mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Luluku Pl.; to read:
Luluku Rd., Kahuku (northern) side, distance 50 mauka (westerly) direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Luluku Pl.
Olohana St., Ewa side, distance 30 makai direction from the makai curb
prolongation of Kuhio Ave.; to read:
Olohana St., Ewa side, distance 45 makai direction from the makai curb
prolongation of Kuhio Ave.
d. By amending Schedule XXIV of Section 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones subsection (a) passenger loading zones by amending thereto the following item:
Olohana St., Ewa side, distance 60 makai direction from a point 30 makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave.; to read:
Olohana St., Ewa side, distance 44 makai direction from a point 45 makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave.
e. By amending Schedule XXV of Section 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops in the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto the following items:
California Ave., Kahuku side, distance 150 mauka direction from a point 58 mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kalala St.
South St., Koko Head side, distance 125 makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Kawaiahao St.
2. By deleting therefrom the following item:
California Ave., Kahuku side, distance 68 makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Kalala St.
f. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by adding thereto the following items:
N. King St., (1 hr.) makai side, between Kopke St. and Puuhale Rd., 7:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m. except Sundays and State holidays.
N. King St., (1 hr.) makai side, between Kaili St. and Naopala Ln., 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday except Sundays and State holidays.
Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
