PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Developments (HUDs) Annual Community Assessment (ACA) report of the City and County of Honolulus (Citys) performance in Program Year 2005 is available to the public. The report reflects the Citys efforts to ensure HUD program compliance, and also includes a response by the City. Copies of the ACA report will be available on October 16, 2007 for public review at the Municipal Reference Library, City Hall Annex, 558 South King Street, Honolulu and on the Citys website at www.honolulu.gov/ budget/cdbg.htm.
