NOTICE TO BIDDERS

SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 10:30 a.m., on NOVEMBER 7, 2007, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City Hall, City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii for the VEHICLE-MOUNTED MOBILE FOOD CONCESSION AT VARIOUS BEACH PARKS-SANDY BEACH PARK, HONOLULU, HAWAII AND KAILUA BEACH PARK, KAILUA, HAWAII.
Written Notice of Intention to Bid must be filed by each prospective bidder with the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services at the Division of Purchasing on or before 4:00 p.m., OCTOBER 10, 2007.
Form of notice of intention to bid and application to bid, propsal and specifications may be obtained from said Office of the Division of Purchasing upon application for Proposal No. RQN-DES-0700009.
