c. Ed Cruickshank to the Civil Defense Advisory Commission (MM-110)

2. Bill 57 – Reserve for Fiscal Stability Fund. (Providing for the
deposit of monies realized from the sale of real property to the Fiscal
Stability Fund.)

3. Bill 60, CD1 – Civil fines for violations of the ethics laws.
(Implementing Charter amendments that authorize the Ethics
Commission to impose civil fines on elected City officers for
violations of the standards of conduct.)

4. Bill 62 – Revision of the boundaries of the Fort Street Mall Special
Improvement District. (Revising the boundaries of the Fort Street Mall
Special Improvement District No. 2.)

5. Resolution 07-223, CD1 – Charter Amendment relating to the Prosecuting
Attorney. (Initiating amendments to the Revised Charter of the City
and County of Honolulu 1973, as amended, relating to allowing the
Prosecuting Attorney to initiate, develop and perform or coordinate
programs, projects and activities on the subject of crime, including but
not limited to crime research, prevention and education.)
