Procurement Notice
Notice of Restrictive Purchase of Service of Health and Human Services
The Department of Health, Dental Health Division, intends to make a Restrictive Purchase of Service of health and human services without issuing a request for proposals pursuant to §103F-403, Hawaii Revised Statutes and §3-144, Hawaii Administrative Rules. The services to be contracted are to maintain the full capabilities of the General Practice Dental Residency Program as to the surgical theater, equipment, professional and ancillary staffing, supplies and administrative support.
The provider to be awarded is The Queens Medical Center. The contract will begin on July 1, 2007 or Notice to Proceed and end on June 30, 2009. The contract amount is $400,000.00
Any person may file a written protest under the procedures established under §3-148, Hawaii Administrative Rules, located on the web at www.spo.hawaii.gov, click on Procurement of Health and Human Services.
Protests must be hand delivered or postmarked by US mail no later than August 20, 2007. If hand delivered it must be submitted by 4:30 P.M. Protests must be submitted to:
