YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (“DCCA”) will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) § 482-8 and upon the petition of Mr. Craig A. Wilson, Esq. requesting revocation of the trade name “Exit Realty Hawaii,” Certificate of Registration No. 4044763. The basis of the petition is prior ownership.
The hearing will be conducted on October 18, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Office of Administrative Hearings, 335 Merchant Street, first floor, Honolulu, Hawaii.
