NOTICE TO DEVELOPERS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
(Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes)

The HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) is requesting for proposals from interested persons for the development of an unimproved, vacant site on Palani Road in Keahuolu, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii:

Approximately 272 Acres

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to produce the maximum number of affordable units in the most livable community within the shortest feasible duration.

Copies of the RFP may be examined at HHFDC and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 which must be paid by cashier\u2019s or certified check only. HHFDC offices are located at:

Informational meetings on the RFP will be held as follows (attendance is not required in order to submit a proposal):

HHFDC Boardroom at 10:00 a.m. on August 22, 2007; and
West Hawaii Mayor’s Office Conference Room at 10:00 a.m. on August 28, 2007.
