TERMS: The sale shall be at public auction on the following terms: (l) There will be no upset price. (2) The property will be sold strictly in \u201Das is\u201D condition without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, as to title, possession or encumbrances. (3) Purchaser must pay 10% of the highest successful bid price in cash or by cashiers or certified check at the close of auction, with the balance payable in cash or by certified or cashiers check upon delivery of title not more than 30 days from the date of auction. (4) The property will be conveyed by mortgagees conveyance.
