1. Bill 44 and any amendments proposed thereto by the Zoning Committee – Ewa zone change. (Rezoning land situated within Ocean Pointe Master Planned Development, Ewa Beach, Oahu, from P-2 General Preservation District, R-5 Residential District and A-2 Medium Density Apartment District (with a height limit of 60 feet) to P-2 General Preservation District, R-5 Residential District and A-2 Medium Density Apartment District (with a height limit of 60 feet).

Provided that no hearing shall be held on a Bill if that Bill is not reported out of committee.
