NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Sections 91-3 and 92-41, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA), Department of Human Services (DHS), State of Hawaii, will hold a public hearing on June 5, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the adoption of Chapter 17-2028 Federally-Assisted Housing Projects, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).
The public hearing will be held on June 5, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the location listed below.

All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and state their views relative to the proposed rule either orally or in writing. Should written testimony be presented, five copies shall be made available to the presiding officer at the public hearing or within seven days before the hearing to:

Copies of the proposed rules may be mailed to any interested person upon advance payment of the following copying and postage costs:
